Supporting the community alongside WOSP

The relationship between WPS and the Polish community in Crewe is a long-standing one, characterised by mutual support and cooperation. We are honoured by the dedication and commitment of both male and female volunteers from the Polish community.

This partnership has been beneficial not only to WPS, but to the Cheshire region as a whole and by working together we hope we have been able to make a positive impact on the lives of countless people in the area.

On the 28th January, we were thrilled to attend an incredible local charity event at Crozzy Crewe hosted by WOSP (Wielka Orkiestra Swiatecznej Pomocy).

The event was a huge success and they made an outstanding £5174 to help purchase important medical equipment for hospitals. Thanks to the efforts of WOSP, the children of some WPS volunteers have been able to access the equipment they need, which has been a crucial lifeline for many families and has made a real difference in their lives.

WPS is committed to continuing its support of the Polish community in Crewe and WOSP’s efforts to provide necessary medical equipment for families that need it. We recognize the vital role that the Polish community plays in the fabric of our community, and we will do everything we can to help them achieve their goals.
